CrossFit Sale Moor is one of the leading CrossFit gyms in the region and boasts a diverse, sociable community of members. Regardless of your age, gender or level of fitness we’re confident you’ll improve your fitness at our CrossFit gym at Sale FC on Heywood Road in Sale.

Our recently renovated gym (or box in CrossFit terminology) provides a welcoming environment with state-of-the-art equipment. The well-equipped changing facilities, with showers, make it easy for members to accommodate regular workouts in to their daily routine. There is ample car parking and our gym is close to Brooklands Metrolink station.

Over the last 4 years our CrossFit community has grown and we now have over 150 members from all walks of life. Our supportive growing membership train together in a relaxed environment and regularly meet up for a range of social events.

Why you should give CrossFit a try

Whereas CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for many military units, police academies and Olympic athletes it is also a fun way to get fit. A CrossFit workout (or WOD) typically includes constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. It combines cardiovascular activities, weightlifting, and gymnastics in as many ways as possible. A key element of CrossFit is the fact that all workouts are scalable, making it an ideal way for everyone to get fit, regardless of age, gender, weight or base fitness.

We have CrossFit classes in Manchester seven days a week, with additional sessions covering nutrition and Olympic Weightlifting to help improve your technique. Our coaches programme the workouts to be suitable for all levels and are always available to provide advice, assistance and to answer your queries.

We offer Personal Training and gym membership packages as well as our CrossFit packages. As fully qualified PT Level 3 instructors, you are in good hands.


We schedule CrossFit classes seven days a week, with options at different times of the day to help members attend sessions that fit in with their regular routine.


We specialise in small group CrossFit training, allowing us to create a great atmosphere whilst providing attention to each and every member. Classes also include olympic lifting and gymnastics with fully qualified coaches.


We provide nutrition advice and arrange sessions with members to promote a healthy lifetyle.


We hold CrossFit sessions seven days a week. There are classes throughout the day, from 6am in the morning to 7pm in the evening.
