Nutrition plays such a key role in the results you will get from being a member.

Most gyms and personal trainers charge extra for nutritional support. We include nutritional & lifestyle tracking in all our memberships to help improve member engagement. With daily contact, the support of your coaches and fellow members you should experience better results.

We don’t prescribe a certain diets like Paleo, Atkins, Zone, low fat, low carb etc. We don’t focus on restriction, we focus on building & keeping good habits for long term success, not quick fixes.

We give members 6 daily habits to focus on achieving which include

  • Post your food diaries from the my fitness pal app into our private members lifestyle group & tag your coach.
  • Water intake.
  • Daily Steps.
  • Daily exercise.
  • Protein intake.
  • Fruit & Veg.

We focus on helping members implement these habits. We award and track members daily points to produce a monthly total.

We tag members who don’t post in the group on any given day to keep them accountable. This is the biggest part of helping members achieve consistency which is key to long term success.

We hold CrossFit sessions seven days a week. There are classes throughout the day, from 6am in the morning to 7pm in the evening.
