Rik Nesfield has been a personal trainer for 7 years and has owned and ran a CrossFit gym for 4 years. A vastly experienced coach having formerly played rugby now competes in CrossFit and running events.

Rik is a type 1 diabetic with a keen interest in nutrition and lifestyle.Gym proprietor at CrossFit Sale Moor & strength and condition coach.

  • PT Level 3
  • CrossFit Level 2
  • Level 3 Nutritional Planning
  • Spin Cycle instructor
  • REPS registered
  • British Weightlifting Level 1


We hold CrossFit sessions seven days a week. There are classes throughout the day, from 6am in the morning to 7pm in the evening.
