Ria Smythe

Ria’s main role on the gym floor is coaching kids & teens to help build solid healthy lifestyle habits. As well as coaching the kids & teens, Ria also helps coach the adult’s classes & is always a very approachable & passionate coach, who helps ease nerves & helps people enjoy their time at the gym more. Ria also runs the lifestyle group for members who want to get better results by improving their nutrition & lifestyle habits.

Timetables

We hold CrossFit sessions seven days a week. There are classes throughout the day, from 6am in the morning to 7pm in the evening.
