Phil Pownall competes in CrossFit, Triathlons, Marathons, Ultra Marathons & has 6 years military experience serving with The 1st Royal Tank Regiment & The Parachute Regiment Reserves.

Phil has been full time in the fitness industry since 2012.

We hold CrossFit sessions seven days a week. There are classes throughout the day, from 6am in the morning to 7pm in the evening.
